PTFE Expanded Sheet is an exceptionally compressible industrial sealing material manufactured from 100% virgin Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Its excellent chemical resistance, low bolt load requirement and reliable sealing performance make it a practical choice for gasket applications in food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
Expanded PTFE (ePTFE) sheet is a food-approved material commonly converted into industrial gaskets. Its soft and flexible structure makes it particularly suitable for delicate, worn or damaged flanges where lower bolt loading is required. The material can withstand compressive loads exceeding 40,000 psi without losing its sealing capability.
